Moving from Orbi RBR50 or Orbi PRO SXR80 - CenturyLink (fiber) VLAN setup question - direct to ONT

Well I was able to get Internet access via Wireless 1 or 2 (note didn't select the VLAN box on any of the wireless settings). I set the employee VLAN to 201 under the advanced menu and assigned to far left port.
I CAN'T get Internet access on any of the router's wired ports. I tried setting all the wired ports to employee (201) or default (1) and in both cases no Internet on wired ports.
What is the trick to get wired ports to work?
Also still don't know how I can use VLAN seperation with the CenturyLink using VLAN 201. Any help here?
