Well, we start with details.
1. what modem/gateway is the SRR connected to?
2. what firmware is on the router?
3. Do you have satellites attached?
4. What actual speeds are you getting? Are they over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
5. What device are you testing with? How far from the router are you and whats in between?
6. What site/app are you testing with?
