Orbi Pro AX1800 SXR30 administrator password is lost periodically

Good morning to everybody,

I have a Orbi Pro AX1800 Wifi 6 Mini Router (SXR30) and I'm using the subscription to Insight remote control included with the device purchase.

Via Insight mobile App and cloud portal there is no problem to manage and monitor the system, I noticed that every time I try to connect within my home network to the administration page of the router via orbilogin.net the password (I changed it the first time I configured the router) is not correct and I have to set every time a new admin password inserting the device serial number and answering to the security questions.

My suspect is that the admin password for local access is overwritten by the Insight portal, maybe with the password that was set when I connected the device to Insight...

Unfortunately I don't remember this password because I changed it some times ago and I cannot verify this doubt.

Has anyone the same problem? Is there some document describing how it works?
