How many satellites you have in your network? How your SRR60 is connected to ISP? Please help with your network diagram.
Send us the debug log by https://<ip address of router/satellite>/debug.htm -> Click on start capture before the issue. Click on save debug log once you hit the issue. Do the same if you have satellites connected. Upload debug logs, screen shots and network diagrams into google drive and PM me the link download.
