Problem with Orbi-68 as Access Point to Nighthawk

I understand that you are not able to access your SXR80.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Connect your SXR80 directly to your Ubiquiti Modem.
- Then navigate to Orbilogin.com to verify you are able to log in to your SXR80 ( Do not change any settings at this time).
- Next, add your SXR80 to your Insight app.
- Then return your SXR80 to the desired location on your network.
- Verify that you are still able to access the SXR80 from your Insight app and Orbilogin.com.
- At this time navigate to Orbilogin.com to change your SXR80 from router mode to AP mode ( verify that you are able to connect via the Insight app).
(FYI: The port that the SXR80 is connected to may need to be changed to Switchport mode access when SXR80 is in AP mode)

Thank you ever so much -- that's one step I have not tried. I tried directly connecting my computer to the Orbi68, but that hasn't worked. It will be quite easy to connect my Orbi68 to my Ubiquiti modem and bypass my Nighthawk until I get access to my Orbi.
