Unless customers have a almost new device entitled for initial installation support - no joy.
Head to my.netgear.com from a web browser, login, head to support, and use Get Support on two for three different pages. There don't select a product - instead select I have a service, there select Insight and continue your luck. As of writing, Chat has a waiting time of 78 minutes, and the Call Support from is looping, broken for months, for almost half a year now. Don't know what Netgear IT does on their main job - plumbing or painting? Extreme disappointed about what should be Netgear support.
