The app update 10.0.3 has fixed the clients not showing. However it has introduced a new problem of not being able to clear disconnected clients.

Glad I found this thread and waited before performing a factory reset. Can confirm the latest app v10.0.3 released on 6/10 fixed this issue. Now all my connected devices are showing up in the app.
