SKX50 AND MOCA CONNECTIVITY

I have a ORBI SKX50 router connected to my Verizon Business modem. Also connected to the router is a Motorola MOCA device. The MOCA device is connected directly to the Verizon router via COAX and an Ethernet cable connection to the ORBI router.

None of the external TV's can see the router via a TIVO connected box on each TV. The TIVO boxes are connected to the TV's via ethernet cables were are patched into a POE Switch in the data room. This POE switch is also directly connected to the ORBI router.

The TIVO TV's appear to get an IP address but they say they cannot connect to the router to get a signal.

Any ideas?

Would not wonder a second if the MoCA boxes are causing a loop condition.

You are talking of a ORBI SKX50 router which is made up from a  Orbi-Pro Router (SXR50) and one Orbi-Pro Satellite (SXS50) in this context?

      Yes, that is correct.

I agree that the MOCA could be causing a loop back. I'm not familiar with them but is there an easy way to stop that?

t there a simple plan or design or sketch available on how these MoCA and SKX50 (SKR50 and SKS50) devices are connected Ethernet-wise?
