Slow Speeds when using VPN either Wireless or Wired to Orbi (RBR50)

When connected to work via VPN I have very slow speeds when connected through the Orbi.

I have a gigabit connection and see the following results when connected via VPN.

Wireless via Orbi - Delay 92ms, Download 5.2Mbps, Upload 31Mbps

Wire to Orbi Satellite - 14ms, Download 123Mbps, Upload 103Mbps

Wired directly to router - Delay 10ms, Download 250Mbps, Upload 850Mbps

When not connected to VPN

Wireless via Orbi - Delay 18ms, Download 226Mbps, Upload 264Mbps

Wired to Orbi Satellite Delay 11ms, Download 294Mbps, Upload 198Mbps

Wired directly to router - Delay 10ms, Download 750+Mbps, Upload 769Mbps

Notes

I have a direct line of sight to the Orbi Satellite (RBR50)

I can no longer depend on the Orbi's to provide enough bandwidth for Teams conference calls.
