30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

The wifi radios can not be disabled on Orbi MESH systems. Mesh is intended to be online 24/7 for wifi connections.

Put in a longer LAN cable so you can move the SRS farther away from the SRR.
Check to see if there is a transmit power option on the SRR web page. If you see this, set it to 25% power. Mabybe under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings?
How big is our home? Sq feet...
