Sxs80 mash not working properly

When moving from floor to floor WiFi disconnect , it takes a minute or two to reconnect
All units are hard wired the issue is going between the units

    Tell us more about how the devices connected on the different floors and the relevant network (VLANs) are configured.

      All the devices are hard wired to a main switch where the main router is connected
      Not sure how to answer about vlan sorry I am ignorant about this stuff
