Armer not linking between devices and new router

I replaced an old Orbi with a newer one and transfered my remaining armor sub over OK. But on the Orbi app it tells me my phones need armor installed
But it's already is installed
On a desktop it's saying it is installed
What am I supposed to do to get the existing installs not recognised by the router install to work?

      I thought I had transfered my remaining time from my old Orbi to new one
      But though I keep trying to move it from the old Orbi to new under services it's not doing it. Do zI have to go via support (does meen thr so called ability to do so is pointless) or what?

        You do have to go through support to transfer armor

      How exactly did you solve this issue? Did you uninstall and reinstall the Armor app?

        Best of luck with getting them to do anything. I am getting the runabout over moving Armor outstanding sub from old Orbi to new one. Big problem is the multitude of different sites covering more or less the same things but non actually let you do anything but send you off to support. Support say do something but not HOW to do it as non of the different sites will let you do it. Ask them how to do what they say and you get no reply!
