Armor Activation Failed
Hello everyone,
I bought a RS700 that supposedly came with a year of Netgear Armor. I activated the Armor trial in December when I bought the router.
I looked recently on the Nighthawk app and noticed Armor was not active. It said to activate the Armor trial in the Netgear app. I thought that was odd, but I clicked to activate the Armor trial.
I got an error stating "activation failed" with a separate popup saying "failed to subscribe". I just keep getting the same errors every time I try.
It shows I have the Armor contract but that it is not available in my Netgear profile.
Why isn't Armor activating? Why did Armor deactivate to begin with?
