Armor Email Sent in Error on June 26, 2020
Hello NETGEAR Armor Community,
We are aware that a number of Armor customers (past and present) may have incorrectly received an email with the subject line “Welcome to NETGEAR Armor!” sent by “do_not_reply@netgear.com”.
Please be assured that if you received the email incorrectly, this does not reflect a change to your subscription, new expiration date, or charge to your account and no further action is required.
We are investigating why this email was sent in error and will update this post as we get more details.
Thank you,
- NETGEAR Team

- jrm7AspirantI got this message but it made sense because I had just purchased a year's subscription to Armor...except there's a problem activating it so I have no Armor Security currently--even though I paid for it and received a confirmation email.
