Armor on RBR50 used only in AP mode

Question

Hi there,I am considering to buy armor to protect all my devices and protect my wifi network at home.However I only use my Orbi as an access point and not as router.So for example I do not see the "security" tile in the app. (But I have not bought armor).So would it be possible to run Armor from my Orbi router ?&nbsp;Is there a way to try this before buying ?&nbsp;Regards Stephan

It is connected to a "ziggo connect box" which is in fact a compal-ch7465LG which is a cable router.

And I know I could use both routers, I had that in the past but that was a lot of hasle using port forwarding rules etc etc.

If you're wanting to use Armor, you'd need the Orbi in router mode.&nbsp;
You could put the compal in passthrough/modem only more or leave it in router mode and put the orbi's ip address into its DMZ.&nbsp;

it needs to be in router mode.&nbsp;
What modem/gateway is it connected to so that you're running it in AP mode?&nbsp;
