Armor renewal say “this plan not available”

Hi my Armor subscription has expired. When I go into the Orbi app, I see “Security expired” so I clicked on it. I get a message saying checking NETGEAR armor status and then it comes up with the image below that says “This plan is not available”. I have had the router for just over a year and would like to buy an extension but there doesn’t seem to be an option. Thanks

    Hello DavidTreg, 

     

    May you reinstall the Orbi app and power cycle your router and check to see if you're able to subscribe to Armor. Please let me know if your issue persists.

      I have the same issue. I have reinstalled the app and rebooted the router but the problem still exists.
