Armor Security cancel renewal

Question

Last year I purchased a RAX45 and a one-year subscription to Armor Security. It is set to auto-renew on 3/8/22.

Last week I purchased an Orbi system that had a one-year subscription to Armor Security and has successfully activated.

When I go to mynetgear.com account I can see my devices, but don't see where I can cancel the auto-renew of that older subscription.

Usually you cancel it through the app.&nbsp;
It used to be under:
1. Tap settings/home icon at top left of nighthawk app
2. Select "Add Ons"
3. Select "Security"
4 Toggle off "Auto-Renew"

When I purchased the new Orbi system, I deleted the Nighthawk app from my iphone.&nbsp;Is there any other way of doing this?

You should be able to re-add the nighthawk app.&nbsp;

You could try contacting support&nbsp;
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top. Register an account (or login) and then the device. From there you can start the support process. Click on: My Support----&gt;Contact Support----&gt;Get help with my subscription service
