Bitdefender Build Update Issue
Having used Bitdefender Total Security (purchased directly through Bitdefender) for a couple of years, I decided to switch to Netgear Armor at my last subscription update (I'm using the R7000P router).
Whilst everything works fine, and the antivirus definitions update regularly, the actual build number of Bitdefender does not update.
Bitdefender has now increased from V24 (BD 2020) to V25 (BD2021) with a slightly different interdace but there has been no build update via the Netgear Armor subscription since May 2020.
I've tried downloading from Bitdefender directly, I can get the new version (V25) but it won't register (not unexpected) as I'm no longer a direct customer. On returning to the latest download via Netgear Armor, I get the old May 2020 version of Bitdefender (24.0.24.131), and I'm aware there have been multiple build updates since then.
Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to get the latest version build of Bitdefender via an Armor subscription or is Netgear just not keeping up to date with the Bitdefender product update downloads?

Several months have gone by now since I first noticed this issue and Bitdefender is up to Build number 25.10.0.50 on their product site and looks totally different to my version which is stuck on 24.0.24.131
Bitdefender advised me build releases are regional and take time, and later advised my updates should come from Netgear.
I can uninstall Bitdefender but the Netgear reinstall is still 24.0.24.131
Either Netgear is not providing the full Bitdefender update as part of the subscription (update of antivirus signatures only, not the core program build itself) or there is something wrong specific to my account.
I was a previous subscriber directly with Bitdefender but then switched to a Netgear Armor subscription, same email address for each account. I can still log on to Bitdefender Central, which shows my subscription is expired, and log on to Netgear Armor and shows my subscription is current.
Anyone else experience this and find a solution?

yes. and now on the mac os, i'm getting legacy notices saying that my version won't be supported in the next mac version. i opened a ticket and they sent to me a place for their total security product, not netgear armor.
