Blocking IP Armor

Apparently Armor has blocked a device. However I did not see this device in the blocked list, on top of it my Armor subscription has ended.
This does not allow me to use it anymore, will this also mean that I get a “fresh” start and nothing is being blocked anymore, also the divices/IP’s that were previously in the block-list?
