Cannot Cancel the subscription - no option to stop auto renewal

For those who deciding to subscribe or not - here is my personal story ...

So... Activated the trial Armour subscription by mistake on one of my devices - after two days of complete crap reporting from the app about my "security" , and hundreds of blocked sites, decided to cancel it - just to discover that there is no website to do so.

Contacted the email address provided in the FAQ section, and after 4 days recieved a confirmation that my card wont be charged  and they have canceled my subscription  - So far so good.

30 days passed and to my surprise  - recieved a happy email from Netgear telling my that they have happily charged my card 69.99 and activated my subscription ! (yes the charge hit the card that  I have never gave my approval to Netgear to store my card info on their website - so if you buy directly from Netgear - there is no way to edit it or remove it - it is hidden from the consumer).

Another email sent to "Netgear Support" - cannot wait for their answer ...

    a couple things.

    1. call your card and dispute the charge. Things tend to happen faster when funds get pulled back

    2. click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account (if you haven't). from your account there's a support option with then an option for subscription services. Use that to contact support to get it canceled.

Thank , I have already done that - multiple times - the subscription listed as canceled. but apparently someone forgot to cancel with BitDefender. as on their site it listed as Active . the credit card company was notified.

  • In the Orbi app, click the icon in the top left corner.

    Click My Subscriptions

    Click Security

Under My Subscription Details, there is an option to turn off auto-renew
