How do I cancel an automatic renewal for Amour Security?

If you purchased Armor subscription directly from NETGEAR, you can manage Auto renewal option through the following: 

  1. Orbi / NH App > Menu > Settings > Security
  2. MyNETGEAR Portal > My Service Contracts
  3. Send an email to our Customer Service Team (https://kb.netgear.com/000059446/How-do-I-cancel-my-NETGEAR-Armor-subscription)

If purchased directly from BitDefender, you can manage BitDefender purchased by creating a 2Checkout account. 
2CheckOut is BitDefender's authorized trading partner for the management of payments, purchases, and renewals for Bitdefender products.

 

Login Instructions: 

  1. Go to https://www.2co.com/
  2. Select login
  3. Enter the email address used for the Bitdefender purchase
  4. Click "Send Access Link"
