I came to the Community Form because I am too cheap to pay Netgear to let me talk to someone reading from a script. There are really experienced people who respond to specific questions. If you describe the model of router and the problem, they often have relavent information to offer.
On the other hand, a really old (obsolete) router may not be worth messing with. It could be time to "let it go".
