I was charged 52.99 for the reactivation
I was charged 52.99 for the reactivation, but it has not happened. My subscription expired. I have had luck deleting the Armour App and reinstalling it. I have done a hard factory reset. It all comes back with another year of Armour for free, from that date. The customer service is terrible . They create a case then forget about it.

Customer serivce isn't good anywhere sadly. But they're the only ones who can fix it for you.
