NETGEAR Armor is not showing my router on web browser
Hi. I have had a Netgear RAX40 router for a while now, and upon initial installation and getting an Armor subscription it was working just fine, showing up on the web page for armor, etc. The app too. Recently I switched phones and the app has been awfully slow to the point of being unusable for me (Nighthawk app on Android). This is not a problem for me, as I was able to use the web version just fine. However, recently, when I open the website it says there are 'no routers associated with my account'. It does show all my devices and all Armor alerts and I am still able to remotely scan my devices, etc. It just does not show the router.
Any known way to fix this? I cannot contact Netgear support as apparently my 'complimentary tech support' has expired. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. I bought Armor and this router as I liked the ability to control and monitor my network remotely.
See picture. Also, the fact that it shows 100 devices is due to my phone changing MAC addresses, and Armor keeps thinking it is a new device. But that is not what the problem is, just clarifying.

did you disable anywhere access?
Also, I'd disable the random mac/ip address setting. That can cause issues.

plemansDisabling anywhere access would prevent me from using the Nighthawk app at all as I am only able to access my router through this feature.
Lastly, the disabling randomized MAC addresses is not an option as it is one of the core security features of the phone I use. And I do not think this could be the cause of my router not showing up on the Armor website.

It appears that you're encountering difficulties with your Netgear RAX40 router's association with your Armor account. Initially, the router was functioning well and visible on the Armor web page and app. However, after switching phones, the app became unusably slow, prompting you to rely on the web version. Regrettably, the web version now indicates that there are no routers linked to your account, despite displaying devices and Armor alerts correctly. This situation has left you unable to control and monitor your network as intended.

Yes, that is indeed the case. This is leading me to seriously reconsider using any Netgear routers.
Another problem has showed up and that is that the logs of Netgear Armor (both from the website and from the app when I do manage to load it) do not correlate. Netgear Armor gives me notificatoins every now and then that it has successfully stopped a port scnning attack on my Nvidia Shield but when I check the logs of my actual router itself they show continuous 'LAN access from remote IP' towards my Nvidia Shield. Literally multiple each minute.
Because these logs are very limited in detail, I cannot make out if these were successful remote access attempts or if they were blocked. And it is weird because they continue to happen even if I pull the ethernet cable and power cord out of the device that is assigned that specific internal IP.
