Netgear armor payed and no service

In my Orbi router i bought last saturday a one year subscription for netgear armor.
I get a mail from that that they received the payment and that i will receive a second mail with the activation code.
I received nothing in my mail and not in my spamfolder.
I open a case and i talked already to two persons and still i have no code.
How difficult can it be?
