Netgear Armor Started blocking Pump Spy
Today Armour started blocking my Pump Spy device which manages my sump pump and sends alerts to my phone when there is a problem with the pump. I unblocked the URL but the. I've unblocked the URL but it keeps blocking attempts to login to my pump spy device.
The Armor user interface is a piece of garbage. I'd much rather have access to modify the ACL's myself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm ready to throw Armor in the garbage.

Hi johnpfeifer4
Welcome to NETGEAR Community! We had a similar issue that was already raised to the product team. The reason why you are getting this is that the Inventek Systems IoT was sending unencrypted authentication. You can unblock the URL but the URL would use a different IP address then Armor would detect it as a new connection. This means that Armor would block it again.
What you can do is to contact the 3rd party support and inform them that their device is sending unencrypted authentication as this is not an Armor issue.
