Netgear Armor Subscription
I purchased a renewal for NetGear Armor on 05/31/2022 that was for a year. I recently looked at the Nighthawk app on my phone and it says my Armor subscription was expired, which makes no sense and shouldn't be happening. Anyone have any ideas on who to contact about this problem?

I tried the first link you provided https://www.netgear.com/support/product/netgear-armor.aspx and I didn't find any info that might tell me the Armor subscription info. I was able to see the Armor subscription info from the Nighthawk app on my phone and verified that my subscription is valid until 05/31/2023. Any clues on how I can reach someone that could fix my subscription?

The NETGEAR ARMOR tech support is completely useless. I have since January 13th tried to transfer my ARMOR subscription from broken device to new device. The ticket is in the system, but they are just sitting on it.
Today I called the tech support in Philippines and the tech told that my case was escalated to "product support team" in February 27th. Well, after two weeks, it has not done much good.
