NetGear NighHawk App not recognising BitDefender on MacOs Ventura

Similar issue to other thread (see here).

New NightHawk App install, and new BitDefender locally installed on brand new MacBook Air (Ventura MacOS). BitDefender working fine but Armor App still not recognising that BitDefender is already installed and therefore the Security score is not accurate.

 

Have raised a call with support, they don't seem to understand or want to fix the issue.

 

Will keep you posted if I have any luck. Not holding my breath.

Yes I have the latest firmware on the RAX70. Yes I have the latest MacOS updates (Ventura).

  • This problem is not only Ventura but also all iOS versions. My iOS on my iPad Gen 10 shows it as not recognizing Bitdefender in my NightHawk app and also my iPhone 13!.  Bitdefender seems to not want to be bothered with this issue. Several users have contacted Bitdefender and to no vail. I hope you have more luck than I trying to solve this problem. I however will be leaving Bitdefender at the end of my subscription! Good luck!
