No way to cancel Armor
Hello,
I can't find a way to cancel ARMOR. There is NO Security in my app.
Bit Defender Support no reply.
customer.service@netgear.com no reply.
I can confirm that ARMOR is active. I can see the end date in my account. I can get notifications from armor "you have new device". And the only way to get inside armor is clicking the notifications. Because I can't find security. Not is setting, not in dashboard.
I'm using RBR50 UK version.
Anyone can help me get rid of it.
BTW, I do not think I have ever activate it, but I can see a one year subscription. And I can not see a bill from netgear or bitdefender.

I got reply today, after I make the post.
Netgear told me that ARMOR is canceled. But it still ON. Bitdefender is still blocking everything. It's ridiculous.
I have used Netgear for over ten years. And this will definitely my last one.
- lejonesAspirantThis isn’t a solution for people who no longer have their device. Netgear needs to provide customers a way to simply cancel on your site and view the status themselves.
This smells like a scam
