Orbi - Armor Security Expired - Off
Hi,
I have a valid armor subscription, but when I go into the Orbi app, I see Security Expired - Off so I clicked on it. I get a message saying checking NETGEAR armor status and then it comes up with the image below that says “This plan is not available”.
I have re-installed the app on my device and rebooted the router.
What can I do?

I've been on the phone with them multiple times now. The last guy said he'd call me back in a day or two with a solution. That was over a week ago.
I won't be buying netgear again.
