Orbi Rbk853 Armor subscription hangs on “updating”
My Armor subscription ended a week ago .. and was purchased again .. however .. for the past several days it shows “updating .. may take up to 24 hours”. I’ve tried restarting the router and my phone …. Though the message. Continues

- Thx for the reply …. I finally heard back from netgear support … after I had noticed that when it renewed, they had attached the subscription to an old router that I had a couple years back. I resent them the serial for the correct router .. a few days later …!it was fixed. Thx again guys

What mobile platform are you using? Apple or Android?

- adaddo2oTutorThx for asking. But yes.. firmware is V7. And app has been deleted and reinstalled … I’m using apples IOS … as I have for years. Problems began when my old subscription ended and my new one started. It continues to show “ updating Armor”. And when clicked on .. says. Please allow up to 24 hours to update. Though it’s been over a week. Anyone with similar issues ? Resolved ??? Thx again
- adaddo2oTutorHad spoke at length with netgear support … issue remains unresolved. Support stated it was being escalated and I would receive a follow up within 24 hours … 4 days have passed with no follow up. I’m disappointed with both the product and Netgears support Yet I’m paying for the subscription
