RBR20 can’t renew Armor
Hi all
Seen a few similar threads but no solution. My initial Armor trial expired and now I’m trying to renew subscription but when following the steps says Plan is not available.
Any help with this would be ideal. Trying to pay for it, but it’s painfully hard to do this and it shouldn’t be.

You should still be able to open a case for armor as its a paid subscription service.

Are you trying to do it through the app?
through a browser?
Did you try contacting customer service about it?
Or try a simple factory reset/reinstall?

Tried via app and via website. Neither works.
I’ve tried resetting Orbi, no luck there either.
I can’t contact support as that option has expired (I’ve had Orbi for a few years now).- plemansGuru - Experienced User
