The RS went the way of the dodo bird because it stopped functioning and went to the electronics heaven in the sky.
And to reiterate, I cannot contact support for this product, because when I go to the support page, I have to either enter the product that I own (I no longer own this product) OR have a subscription. Since I don't own the old product, nor have a subscription to the old product or the new product, I cannot create a support case, and thus cannot get support or call the phone number because I don't have a case.

Routers just don't stop functioning unless something phsycal happened to the unit or something was faulty. Would have been nice to know what was not functioning.
Anything with support and accounts needs to be handled by NG support. All this a beyond forum help. We do not have access to those services.
