Renewed Armor for $40, but charged full $99
WTH! I renewed Armor for a discounted price of $40 over the weekend, effective today, and today NetGear charged my credit card the full $99! To make matters worse, I can’t even call a customer service...

After much digging, I figured out how to open a case, but instead of refunding me the 59.99 extra that I shouldn’t have been charged, they charged me again, this time for $40. So, now I’ve paid $139.99 for a service that was supposed to be discounted to $40. I have responded to the ticket email thread for a few days to get this resolved, and no one has responded. If this wasn’t related to hardware, I’d fire NetGear for incompetency and crappy customer service. I tell ya, I will NEVER recommend NetGear to anyone. I’ll recommend against them because of this.
If anyone from NetGear is reading this and cares, PLEASE HELP ME. Case number ########.

DarrenM and KevinLiT, are you able to assist me?
In looking more closely at my Orbi app, it shows that I have two subscriptions. One is probably associated with the $40 offer that I was presented with in the app, and I’m guessing the other is an auto-renewal for $99.99. At this point, I don’t care which one I end up with. I just want one of them canceled and refunded, and the other to remain intact.
Frankly, I’m disgusted by this whole thing. If I wasn’t supposed to opt for the $40 discounted offer (trial offer?) because I was a renewing subscriber, the app should not have presented that offer to me and allowed me to purchase it.
I appreciate any help you can provide. I’m still hearing only crickets in relation to the case I opened with Support about a week ago.
