Amazing, kids are so smart LOL. When I have it right, the "old" Netgear LPS system was locked, and a factory reset did not removed the config - we had to request the service provider to release the device from the control. Conclude, here we have a big step back. ChristineT - one more issue to carry forward to the top management.
