Circle premium features not showing
Hello,
My circle premium features are no longer showing. When I am in the app and click the "yearly premium subscription" and then click "start subscription" it gives me the message that I am currently subscribed. I click "OK" and then I keep getting the same message "your premium subscription is processing. There was an unexpected delay, but you will be able to access the Premium features shortly." I have done as it suggested and quit and relaunched the app, but I still cannot access my premium features. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, with no change. I also tried canceling my circle subscription in my phone settings and then going back in the app to restart the subscription and I continue to get the same message. Can someone please help me figure out how to get my premium features back? Thank you!

Very confusing. My (limited) understanding is that Netgear replaced Circle with Netgear's own product, Smart Parental Controls.
