App downloaded on my iPhone won’t recognize my router. Help.

Community Team- mpieknyJan 15, 2019AspirantNo progress, Dexter. Firmware is up to date. Cycling power doesn’t help. Genie and remote control work fine. Need to fix this week or will return. That’ll be the second return. irst time was because Model did not support Circle.
