Disney circle filter mode

Can somebody please reassure me here.  Have a Netgear router with integrated circle and have installed the Disney Circle App on my phone.

When I look at history on the app and then visited or filtered.  Am I right in thinking all the sites that appear on filtered are attempts to access these sites.  If I click on them it does say access denied etc.  I have denied access to them but I need reassurance that when they appear in filtered the individual in question is simply trying to access them again and not connecting to them....
