Disney circle passcode reset text not receiving
Got a new iphone and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...

Hi I received a new phone. Unfortunately I'm not able to reset the passcode because I do not receive a new code. I've tried to reset my router and phone. That didn't work. Can you help me?

Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue. I receive my replacement iPhone today. When I open the Circle app, it's asking for a passcode. I've clicked on the "Text Me" passcode button many times, but I have not received any passcode.
Can someone from NG assist?
I'm using Circle on my Nighthawk X6 R8000.

The short ut is to reset the route to factor default and start from scratch. This way you can solve the problem. It takes a little time and effort, but better than to wait on the poor support FROM Netgear. - CammackmartinApr 22, 2019AspirantHi,
I went to Disney circle, selected the option for circle device - NOT the option for circle on netgear - and left a message. They were very helpful and sent me the passcode in less than 22h from sending the message. I also messaged netgear and they also came back but took 24h

I'm the only admin and I've clicked "Send Passcode" several times but never received the SMS.

- CammackmartinApr 24, 2019AspirantHi JC. I had the same issue as have many many others. It’s a classic situation where one company saying it’s the others responsibility. TBH that’s not our problem as customers. They need to sort the problem out.
What I did was I went here:

And rather than click on the netgear option I clicked on the Disney circle option. They replied within 12 hours and were very polite and helpful. They looked on the record and emailed the code. They did say I should contact netgear. I had already contacted netgear and they did eventually reply about 12 hours after Disney. So that’s my advice.

Hi,
I am having the exact same issue with my passcode for Circle.
We have a Nighthawk R7000 and are suscribed to the Circle Premium on Netgear.
I have asked the app to send me a passcode several times and nothing comes through via SMS text on my phone. Without the passcode I can no longer access by Circle app.
Please help!
