Disney circle passcode reset text not receiving
Got a new iphone and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...

Hello Support,
I have a new phone (as my old phone died), with the same phone number, but i don't receive the passcode.
How do i (re-)activate the circle app again?

Patrick I am at a loss as to how we resolve the same issue. I have tried multiple times to have this resolved and looks like there and multiple customers with the same challenge.
Anyone have a way to help would be greatly appreciated. Netgear anyone out there?

I had the same problem and eventually got passcode from Dexter which worked immediately but afterwards I realised that the mistake I had maybe made was that when setting up and entering my mobile number I had not ensured that I prefixed it with the correct international code (I'm in UK) so initially when pin number was sent it didnt reach me. Set up is supposed to automatically input correct international code but dont think it always works and you also have to remember to omit the first zero in your mobile nuber when setting up.
Had cause to get new number yesterday --- via the system, not Dexter --- and worked fine this time.
