Disney Circle showing other devices are connecting to my Circle Network

Model: Netgear Orbi RBK23. Other devices are connecting to my Circle Network that do not belong to me or my family. They appear in the device list in the Circle app and I get a notification when they connect.

Interesting though is that they do not appear on my Netgear Orbi app device list. Plus my network is protected with a password.

In the attachment you can see the notification that Alieshas-IPhone has joined the network, she appears in the Circle device list; however, this device doesn’t appear in the Netgear Orbi device list. Unfortunately I can’t remove Alieshas-iPhone with the Cirle app as this device joins immediately after I remove it. What can I do to stop other devices connecting to my Circle network.

    Hi FCon,

    Welcome to the community!

    1. What is the firmware version of the device?

    2. Does the device appear on the attached devices list when you access the Orbi UI via a browser?

    3. For isolation, have you tried changing the WiFi password and see if the device will re-connect?

Not sure what has happened but the devices have disappeared.
