I can not receive the circle pass code
My wifi AP is Nighthawk R7000. Recently, my cell phone OS was broken and reset it. Then I found I cannot login the circle. It always asks me to enter the "Passcode". as I remember, I didn't s...
I tried the methods from this website.
But all of them are not working for me.
I still cannot get the passcode.
As I remember, I didn't register any phone number to Circle.
It is weird for me, how to send the passcode to me.
Why not send the code to my account mail?

How to reach out to NG support? It seems the only way to contact a living person is to buy a support contract. My support warranty apparently ran out last year, and they only give me the options to search the Netgear Community, buy a new product, buy a support contract, or search the website's support information on the router, which is useless.
