My child's computer is showing up as mine in mycircle

Hello,My kid's computer (Windows 10) used to be assigned to his computer's name in mycircle.&nbsp; His computer's name is still in mycircle and assigned to his profile. This worked for a while with the restrictions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now when I look on his computer and login to mycircle.meetcircle.com his device name is listed as my computer.&nbsp; So he does not have restrictions.&nbsp; The mac address on his computer is still the same as his device in mycircle.&nbsp;Any help?ThanksAndy

If I delete the app and reinstall the app, will that erase the names of the devices I assigned to each one?&nbsp; It took a long time to figure all of them out.&nbsp; Also, would I have to delete the app on all the devices I have it installed on?
