Netgear Orbi RBR20 router Circle internet filtering software no longer working?
Hello,
I have noticed in the iOS Circle 1st gen app that my Orbi RBR20 router running Circle internet filtering parental controls software appears to no longer be recording internet usage.
I do not have any internet usage records for my children for weeks.
As a result, the children's internet is not stopping after a specified number of hours.
Has anybody else noticed this? Have Netgear and/or Circle stopped supporting this feature?

Circle Firmware: 2.1.8.9
Router: Netgear Orbi RBR20

Circle got acquired and the new company (Aura) total screwed all of us that spent money on this.Also NG moved from Circle to NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls. Not sure if SPC was inclusive and supporting for the 20 series Orbi systems:

You may need a different system or newer system that is supportive of SPC.
I get lost on all the versions, but I have a pair of RBS50's along with the RBR50. The Parental Controls still showed as Circle after I had similar problems. I fought with Netgear and Aura about paying for services no longer supported and only after I went to small claims did Aura refund my Circle payment. Netgear turned a blind eye....
The 50 series was supporting of SPC and NG dropped Circle.
