Not receiving SMS code for circle

Hi,

I have an R7000 router with Circle enabled. 

I uninstalled my Circle App from my phone and now, I don’t receive the code by sms to connect again.

 

The official support is now paying so I can’t ask them. 

Any community manager or Netgear employee could help me to check the phone number and receive this sms?

 

Or anyway to reset everything without the app?

      Thank you Furry for your answer. I have carefully followed the links you gave. But the SMS still doesn't arrive. And I don't see a way to reset my Circle account linked to my NETGEAR router in all the support pages.

      It’s like I need to request help from Netgear support but I can’t do so because access is now paying.

      Could you precise the way to reset my Circle account on Netgear?
