ORBI (RBR50) Circle Passcode reset not sending SMS

Hi,

Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...

Can anybody help ?  Where can I get help for resetting the account.

    I'm having the same issue. I'd love to know if there's a way to start using Circle again.

      Hi,

       

      I think Dexter has probably helped by now, but in case not.

       

      I manged to retrieve mine by first taking a back up copy of the settings.

      Factory reseting the device, setting up the code again, then restoring from backup.

       

      Hope that helps if you haven't already gotten it.

      we are not able to remember what is the 4digit passcode for circle, was trying to use the "sent sms" feature, but we got a "can't send sms, something went wrong".

      is there a way to reset circle, so we can set it up again?
