R7000P Speed Performance with Disney by Circle Enabled

I currently have 200 Mbps through my internet provider. When I enable Circle by Disney, my speed is reduced to around 100 Mbps. I disable Circle by Disney and I'm back to my 200 Mbps. This is definately an issue with the router firmware. I was hoping that the latest firmware update of 1.3.1.64 would fix this but still an issue. 

 

Please let me know when this issue will be resolved.
