reset account info for circle disney

Help! I’ve had to reset my router and manually install the firmware - Circle was working fine before, but I can’t follow the app instructions to pair to circle (no SMS coming through with code). Also as soon as I enable Circle in Genie, internet connection is lost with no DNS. Working fine when Circle not enabled. How can I stop going round in Circles (couldn’t resist!) and set the whole thing up from the beginning?

    1. What is the model number and  firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried resetting the router?

    3. Have you tried changing your account info and use another number (temporarily) for the code? This link may help.
