I had already read this link. I don’t receive the SMS, and without the SMS the only solution indicated in this link is resetting the router and installing everything again (satelites, setting up profiles etc). I really don’t want to factory reset. As per the messages in this topic there is a possibility to get the code sent by an admin

You'll need to make contact&nbsp; with NG support for there help. Any codes needed will need to be sent by NG. All this is beyond forum help.
