I am having the same issue. Please help.

I don’t receive the SMS, and without the SMS the only solution indicated in this link is resetting the router and installing everything again (satelites, setting up profiles etc). I really don’t want to factory reset. As per the messages in this topic there is a possibility to get the code sent by an admin

You'll need to make contact with NG support for there help. Any codes needed will need to be sent by NG. All this is beyond forum help.
