T-mobile WiFi calling working with Circle on Orbi but only connected to satellite

After a number of hours capturing packets and monitoring what is failing when trying to resolve our long standing WiFi calling with T-mobile, I finally found a resolution - but... it only works while our phones are connected to the satellite Orbi. I am about to start into debug mode again logging on Telnet and capturing traffic but curious if anyone else has already ran into the same situation.
First, from original tcpdumps I uncovered recently if specifically adding 3gppnetwork.org to my(any) filter as Allowed let my phone to establish WiFi calling successfully. But at that time I guess I was connected to the satellite. So when in other part of house where main Orbi unit is, t-mobile WiFi still fails.
Previously, I tried all suggestions I could find for allowing udp ports 4500, 500, and others found in Community and Support site and allowing VPN in filter. But those did not work until specifically allowing 3gppnetwork.org in the filter and then only to find only works connected to satellite.
Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Aaron

    Hi Aaron,

May you try disabling Circle and letting us know if WiFi calling functions properly when connected to the router and satellite.

    Thanks,
